Article Five Hour with JD Smaylis - Biography Information

JD Smaylis was born in Mesa, Az. and lived in the Valley continuously since 1972. By trade he has been an aerospace machinist for 35 years. JD is the son of an Army Veteran of WWII, the Grandson of a decorated WWI AEF veteran and an Extra Class Amateur Radio Operator. JD created “The National History Net” which air’s weekly on Thursday’s at 8:30 pm on the Superstition Amateur Radio Club's 147.120 repeater system. A student of American History and Politics, He has been an avid news junkie and listener to talk radio all his life. As JD put’s it “I've heard it all and I've heard them all… Now it's my turn to talk!”
